Moist Chocolate Cake Recipe

Baking is my new hobby. I don't really know why I love baking so much..I started to love it since last Christmas (2011). I searched many recipes for cakes and biscuits at the internet. I've tried some recipes and I'm still learning to improve my baking skill. What I love the most? I love baking cheese cake and moist chocolate cake coz it's simple and delicious!

Yesterday (4 June 2012), I baked a Moist Chocolate Cake. I'm really excited to share the recipe with you all. I got the original recipe from this blog Teratak Impian.

Ingredients A (mixed together)

2 cups of self raising flour

1 cup of cocoa powder

Ingredients B

4 eggs

1 cup of castor sugar

1/2 cup of condensed milk

1 cup of oils/melted margarine/butter

1 cup of boiled water

Topping (Chocolate Ganache)

65 ml of whipping cream

150 gram of cooking chocolate

Procedure:

1. Beat the sugar and eggs until it gets fluffy. (using high speed)

2. Add condensed milk and melted margarine or butter (using low speed)

3. Add Ingredients A and mixed it well.

4. Add boiled water. (Just use hand whisk at this part)

5. Bake in 40 minutes - 1 hours (200 degree Celsius) (depends on your oven type)

6. Decorate the cooled cake with chocolate ganache.

Topping: (You can search on youtube to make a chocolate ganache topping)

1. Place the baking chocolate/ chocolate chips in a bowl. 

2. Heat the whipping cream on low flame till small bubbles start appearing around the edges. 

3. Pour the heated cream to the bowl with choc chips. 

4. Let it rest for 5 mins. 

5. Whisk it using a manual whisk. 

It's really simple, right? So, what are you waiting for? Hurry and bake it! ^___^

A bit messy but I really love the taste of this cake! Yummylicious! :)

Semester Break

Ok... Blog saya memang dah basi. Lama sangat x update blog yang dah entah macam mana keadaannya ni.. Well, saya dah sah jadi mahasiswa IPG KBM..so, mestilah 'busy' sangat kan. ^_^ Blog memang pandang sebelah mata pun x sebab sangat sibuk dengan komitmen lain..

Here the holiday come :) Finally, ada juga masa nak menatap blog yang dah basi ni.

Semester break for 3 weeks.. Rasa-rasanya xda yang special pun... Paling special pun duduk kat rumah dan mengembangkan diri macam belon yang diisi udara. Mesti best!

Things to do during semester break:

1. Layan drama Korea yang sangat2 'best' kat 'Kimchidramas', iaitu Rooftop Prince(thanx to my dear roomate sebab introduce drama ni).. drama ni best sangat2.. x caya? Tengok la sendiri.  Sure nak tengok 2 kali.. :D

2. Attending my cousin wedding.. Lama x tengok orang kahwin ni..

3. Meet my ex-classmates.. Harap sangat dapat jumpa diaorang2 ni.. Rindu beb!

4. Tidur+bangun+makan+minum dll kat rumah..

5. X tau la nak buat apa lagi... just wait n see ^___________^

Special December

It's December and I love December so much.
Why I love December?

• Holiday-spending time at home with family and friends
• Christmas-Once in a year
• My birthday-I appreciate the day I was born.
• Eating-I can eat whatever I want coz I'm home now!! ^____^

For me, December is a special month in a year. I always waiting for December to come.Thanx God coz I'm still alive until this day. Next year, I still waiting for you. ^___^

Triumph or Disaster?

Oh la la land ~ ~

It's been a while I'm not visiting and updating my superb blog. L.O.L

It's holiday and I feels like nothing..

First week of the holiday...

I'm spending my time at K.K with my sister and brother-in-law..

And all I can say is... wow~ ~

Second week of the holiday..

I'm spending my time at my village..

And it's so suck.

Home's telephone got problem until i can't even connect to the internet. (what a disaster)

Network coverage also got problem until it's too hard to contact with my friends.. (big disaster too)

But... the disaster never stop me to do my wish... trengggg....

TO DO SOME 'RENOVATION' ON MY LOVELY PRETTY HAIR. :D

I'm not the one who always stick to my old hair fashion.. i love to make some changes..i love to do an experiment to my hair as long it looks pretty.. ahaa

Last time..i've choosed straight hair. and this time..i love to try curly hair coz i never done it before..

There's nothing wrong if i'm trying something new right?

And now..i fell in love with my curly hair even it's a little bit hard to care..

As my friend said.. my hair looks cute as Taylor Swift's hair.. L.O.L (joke)

I'm not copying the others style..

And i'm not asking the stylist to do my hair as the others hair..

I just told her to curl my hair without telling something specific about the style that i want..

The result is.. I'M SATISFIED EVEN MY MONEY FLOW JUST LIKE THE RIVER TO GET THIS STYLE. ahahahah..

Yesterday.. i'm outing with my besties at K.K...spending time together.. eating, shopping, laughing and doing some fun together..

How I miss them.. only God knows..

I'm really enjoyed the time..

And now.. i'm so happy coz our telephone was fixed and i can on9 everytime i want. ahahha

What a broken English.. daa~~like i care..

Okay..i'm too bored until i'm writing something nonsense....

Happy Holiday

Finally.. 2 semester already passed and i feel so relieved! Exams are done! And i'm quite happy now.. spending my holiday at my beloved hometown, Kota Belud, Sabah. Yeayy!. preparing myself for the next semester.. and i'm not gonna mess up my life as a teacher trainee anymore.. i wanna do my best and i wanna make my family happy and proud of me. that's my promise..

I wanna spend my whole 3 weeks holiday with fun things.. i wanna spend it with my beloved family and friends.. special one? i don't think so... not anymore.. my family n friends are so special. :) so.. i'll be with them.

Know what? i think i should let myself being matured and forget the childish attitude... wowowowwww~~ hope it's gonna work..

Whatsoever.. i'm not in a mood to write in my blog. it's holiday babe! :)
